Minimum running 250 km per day
-
One
day = 12 hours or colander day which is earliest.

The
Car will be provided only after receiving the payments.
-
If
the bill amount increases during the usage of the car, then the
balance payment must be made before leaving the car.
-
A fraction of
an hour will be charged as one hour.
-
A fraction of
a kilometer will be charged as one kilometer.
-
Time
and Kilometers are calculated from Garage to Garage basis.
-
In hilly
areas, charges per kilometer & driver's charges will be 50%
extra.
-
All
Toll taxes, Parking Charges, Entrance fee will be charged extra
.
-
Driver
allowance of INR 150/- shall be extra.
-
Daily night
halt charge INR 150.
-
for
English speaking driver we charge INR 200 extra per day.
-
The
customer is expected to fill in the duty slip, duly sign the
same and hand over to the driver.
-
Taxes, if any, will be charged extra.
-
Service Tax
charge levied by Central Excise Department shall be extra &
would be applicable on total amount.
-
Cancellation should be notified 72 hours before the trip.
-
This
company is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident etc.
during the journey
-
All
the Foreign payments should be made in US Dollars in Bank Draft
to an Indian Bank. No other payment method is acceptable.
-
All
the inbound payment can be made through Cash / Cheque / DD to
your nearest bank .
-
Any
misfortune/Break down of journey due to natural calamities shall
have to be borne with us.
-
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Udaipur Jurisdiction only.
